Our client had won a property at auction and needed to complete within the deadline to avoid losing their deposit and paying penalties. Having lost two weeks using brokers who failed to deliver a suitable option, the client contacted us. Just over a week later the client had completed the purchase and begun to refurbish the investment.

Clients looking to assist their elderly parents buy a new home came to us to help with the purchase. We were able to lend on the parents’ current property releasing capital to buy and move into more suitable accommodation nearer their children. We lent them the funds they needed and gave them a payment holiday until the old property was sold.

A client had gained planning permission to build a new property on a piece of land adjacent to their main home. Although they had no cash to start the build we were able to lend on the enhanced value of the plot and use equity in their existing house. The flexible development funding we provided allowed them to complete the build and sell the new property giving them enough funds to be mortgage free and move on to their next project.

We were approached by a client part way through a building project who had run out of funds. Their current lenders’ criteria didn’t allow them to draw down the required monies to carry on with the build.
