A. Yes, you can, subject to solicitors completing their title enquiries.

A. Not always, we have true self certification products available for bridging loans.

Q. Does my credit rating matter?
A. Not usually as often credit scores or checking previous payment history with other lenders is not necessary.

Q. Do I need to make regular monthly payments?
A. Not always, where possible we will add the interest to the account each month, giving you a payment holiday.

Q. Do I have to pay fees upfront?
A. Generally the only fee required at the outset will be the valuation fee, with any other fees payable on completion of the loan.

Q. How can you get the loans arranged so quickly?
A. Our team has many years of experience in bridging finance and we are dedicated to lending you the money you need as soon as possible.

Q. What can the loans be used for?
A. Any purpose, for example home improvements, buying new property, purchasing a new business.
