Building Finance

We are actively involved in providing Building Finance to the small professional builder / developer and to self-builders. Typically we provide finance towards the land purchase along with up to 100% of the development cost in arrears stage payments. We will wish to satisfy ourselves as to how the project will be managed, whether the work is to be carried out by a General Building Contractor, and whether Architect Supervised or NHBC / Zurich. Development Funding

We understand that the period you will require the Development Funding for may vary, as a result of unforeseen problems and potential delays in the construction and marketing of the project. We aim to provide a sufficiently long enough time period to allow for this, along with a further contingency period built in to allow for any delays that might occur.
